Wow, what a month April has been! It has flown by so quickly but it has been such a fun packed month and I can’t wait to see what the next few months hold. I’ve been working on a lot of things behind the scenes with some help from the wonderful Elle and you may have noticed I’ve shared a few extra posts this month too. I guess you could say I’ve been on a roll lately.
Anyway, here’s what I’ve been playing over the last month!
I talked a bit about Cozy Grove a few days ago, and I can honestly say this is my go-to game at the moment. It’s always nice to grab my Nintendo Switch and just relax with the game after a day at work. There’s only so many quests you can do in a day, but I then find myself fishing and exploring for items around the island if I’m wanting to play for longer.
Final Fantasy XIV Online
Ahh yes, I’m back on my Final Fantasy XIV adventure. I’m sure we all know how this will go. I’m just kidding! I’ve actually enjoyed having a little break from the game since the end of last year. With the Endwalker expansion coming later this year, I’ve been wanting to get back to playing and thought now was a good time. I feel like a complete newbie to the game yet again and that I’ve forgotten everything. It’s coming back slowly, it’s more a case of building up that confidence with the game again, but I’ll get there.
I’ve mainly been focusing on the crafting side of things since returning to the game with the aim of getting a couple of my crafting classes up to at least level 50, if not the max level in the next few weeks. Other than that I’ve just been taking lots of screenshots and doing the odd side quest here and there.
I’ve had so much fun causing chaos in Drive Buy recently. Elle and I had great fun teaming up and playing online with each other last week, and it was hilarious. We were constantly taking each other out with the power ups and stealing coins from each other. I honestly haven’t laughed so much!
This month I’ve also been playing Littlewood, and I’ve recently picked up Persona 5 on PlayStation 4 which I’ve just started, and I’m looking forward to getting stuck into.
As for the month ahead, New Pokémon Snap is out this Friday, and I’ve got more games from LudoNarraCon to check out and talk about in the next few weeks. There’s plenty going on, and I can’t wait!
What have you been playing lately?
