No matter how many times I try to write this post it seems to become more and more cheesy with each new draft that I write. In some ways, that’s a good thing and I’m finding my self-sitting here laughing as I write but in some ways, I don’t want this to be a really cheesy blog post but we’ll see where this takes us.
This blog post, however, marks the one-hundredth post on the LeeksEverywehre blog and I honestly can not explain how happy and proud that makes me feel. It’s been a crazy few months but I am so grateful for this little blog and the blogging community.
Let me just write that one more time. This is the one-hundredth posts on the blog! Where has all that time gone? It seems like it was just yesterday I had written my first handful of posts and was ready to jump headfirst into the blogging world. It might seem a little silly that I’m writing this for hitting one hundred posts but sometimes it’s good to celebrate those achievements regardless of how big or small they may be.
Back in August I wrote a bit about my blogging journey so far (you can check out that post here) and even though the last couple of months have been difficult personally the blog has been one of the things that has kept me going and given me that outlet to be me and write about a variety of different things related to technology and video games.
The blog has always been writing what I want to write about, trying out new things and ultimately having fun and I’ve had loads of fun with the blog so far. I’ve had some great opportunities, made some amazing friends and I’m just thankful for the blogging community as a whole.
We are fast approaching 2019 and I’m looking forward to what 2019 has in store as a whole and also for the blog. I’ve got a few ideas as to what I want to do for the blog but of course, I will share those all in due course.
Before I round off this blog post I just want to again say thank you to the blogging community and all those who have supported the blog and myself in this blogging adventure so far. I’ve learnt a lot from many of you and I really appreciate it.
Here’s to the next hundred blog posts and also what is in store for the blog in the future!
